I am a research fellow at the Institute for Media and Communication, University in Oslo. I study how digital media influences interactions between governments and civil society, especially in the context of information sharing and accountability. I've also got bones to pick when it comes to impact metrics, responsible data, and policy development for participatory politics.

Previously I supported civil society governance assessments and data strategies in the UNDP, and co-founded the engine room, where I led research, responsible data, and methods.
