The idea of the Asia Open Data Partnership was proposed during the first Asia Pacific Open Data Summit in September 2015 in Taiwan. After that, members started to initiate the collaboration in several joint promotion events such as a cross-country open data Hackathon, an annual open data summit, etc. In this session we will share the status of open data for development in each country and discuss the future aspects of the regional partnership.
