Biography: Dinand is Vice President with Capgemini Consulting and its global leader for the European Union. He has a primary focus on the public sector and his dominant areas of expertise concern the Digital Single Market, Digital Transformation, eGovernment policy and public service improvement. He has been involved in a wide range of international programmes in the field of Open Data, e-Government, online public services, e-skills, (digital) entrepreneurship, e-Justice and public sector innovation. He is responsible for the European Data Portal project for the European Commission.
