Biography: PhD. in Physics (Cum Laude) by University of Valencia and Master in Public Management by Ministry of Finance and Public Administration. Director of Production and Infrastructures (AEMET). He has also been Head of the Regional Office in Murcia and Head of the meteorological office in the Air Force Academy. He has also worked in Research and Development Department and in the Forecast Department. He has been professor of Physics, Thermodynamics and IT in the University of Valencia. He has worked is several research projects regarding to remote sensing and climate data. He has experience in the use of meteorological data in the reduction of natural disasters.  Medal of Merit of Civil Protection in its category bronze with blue badge awarded by the Director General of Emergencies and Civil Protection. Award given by Foundation Innovation and Research of BANCAJA for leading the project “WEATHER SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR EXTREME METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS: APPLICATION TO WARNING AERODROMO.
