Hi! I'm Pinkie. I'm an open data advocate and practitioner, data journalism aficionado, and education advocate. I'm enthusiastic about building communities to catalyze open data culture and civic technology to create social, environmental, and economic values. Currently, I'm supporting Open Development Initiative to build a network of organizations co-managing a common open data and open knowledge platform. We support transparent sharing and analysis of data to inform discussion and improve decision making on sustainable development in the Lower Mekong region at country and regional levels.
