Rafael is Transparencia Mexicana's open data coordinator. Recently, he coordinated the initiative #3de3 (Three out of three) –a joint project between TM and IMCO– which seeks that candidates to public offices, as well as legislators, publish voluntarily their assets, interests and proof of tax payments (www.3de3.mx). Currently, he is working on the elaboration of the Anti-Corruption Open Data Package, for the Open Data Charter. He is also an advocate of the Open Contracting Data Standard.
