I am now the Program Development Manager at Hivos Regional Office Southeast Asia in Transparency and Accountability and Freedom of Expression topics. Prior to this, I was responsible for the daily implementation of two regional projects at Hivos, the Making All Voices Count (www.makingallvoicescount.org/) and Southeast Asia Technology and Transparency Initiative (www.seatti.org).

I have more than 14 years of experience in profit/not for profit entities and mostly in international organization. I have excellent experience in managing and leading people in various programs and projects. My knowledge ranges from organizational development, management, human resources, fund raising to research. While in technical side, I have been involved actively in issues such as media development, public policy, technology, open data, transparency and accountability, and freedom of expression.

I was very active in the development of Internet Governance in Indonesia and start from November 2014, I am a member of Multistakeholder Advisory Group for Internet Governance Forum at the United Nations.
