Biography: Andie Vaughn is an Aid Transparency Analyst for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).  Since joining the Agency in 2011, she has worked on improving both the quality and quantity of USAID's data submissions to the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI), helped develop the first Agency data portal linking USAID spending to performance, and most recently led a team that developed a redaction tool for Agency data in order to streamline data publication processes while protecting sensitive information.  Prior to joining USAID, Ms. Vaughn spent two years abroad teaching English to both children and adults.  Ms. Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Wake Forest University and a Masters in Public Administration from the George Washington University.
