Biography: Anjesh Tuladhar is Chief Innovations Officer at YoungInnovations ( http://younginnovations.com.np ), looking mainly after the technology and data aspects of the systems. He is the technology architect of the system behindResourceContracts.org and currently manages a team of developers in further development of the system. He is also leading various open data projects in the organisation notably AidStream.org that helps small and medium NGOs to publish data in IATI standard, OpenContracting Moldova Portal ( http://opencontracting.date.gov.md/ ) and UNDG Transparency Portal ( http://open.undg.org/ )
