Anna Scott
Biography: Anna produces and manages research across the Open Data Institute's programmes. She also writes and commissions blogs, and presents the ODI Podcast. She specialises in open data and global development, having spent two years writing and commissioning on the subjects for the Guardian and prior to that helped set up the Center for Global Development in Europe. At IODC, Anna will be presenting a case study she wrote on Burkina Faso's 2015 Open Elections and chairing a panel discussion on the success factors of successful open data programmes with open data leaders from around the world.
