Prior to her work at the Center, Audrey spent five years focusing on the use of information and technology for economic development. Audrey was a Google Policy Fellow, researching information policies. She was also a lead researcher for the GovLab at NYU’s Open Data 500 study of the business applications of government data. More recently in 2016, Audrey was one of the lead authors of the World Bank’s Open Data for Business Tool, the first assessment methodology for the business use of government data.
Audrey holds Masters in International Affairs and Quantitative Methods from Columbia University focusing on technology policy and applied statistics, and a Bachelors in Modern History and French from the University of Oxford.
