Biography: Claudia Schwegmann is Board Member of the Open Knowledge Foundation Germany (OKF) and team lead of the 2030 Watch project of the OKF to monitor the SDG implementation in high income countries. She has been an activist for transparency and open data in development finance since 2010 and a consultant on governance, transparency and citizen participation in development projects since 2008. She is a political scientist and a theologian by training.
