Title proposal: ¿Dónde van mis impuestos?. National, regional and local budget accountability at its best.

Biography: David Cabo is the co-founder and Director of the Civio Foundation, which promotes an engaged citizenry through transparency and data journalism. Among Civio’s projects are dondevanmisimpuestos.es, a web for visualizing the annual budgets from Spanish public administrations, and Medicamentalia, a journalistic investigation into access to medicines around the world. His latest project is Quién Manda, a site displaying the relations and revolving doors between media, political and business spheres in Spain through annotated photos, journalistic articles and public data scraping. David also worked for Access Info Europe and mySociety in the launch of the european transparency site AsktheEU.org.
