Biography: Deirdre, CEO and Founder of Derilinx, is passionate about releasing the potential of data that is currently locked away in government agencies. Deirdre is a Linked and Open Data expert and has led a number of large-scale, government projects with Derilinx, including managing the national open data portal for the Irish Government, publishing open statistical data from the Central Statistics Office, and collaborating with the Environmental Protection Agency on data governance. Deirdre is involved in many open standardisation activities, including her role as co-chair of the W3C Data on the Web Best Practice Working Group. @deirdrelee @derilinx
