Biography: Johanna Walker is a PhD researcher at the Web Science Centre for Doctoral
Training at the University of Southampton, focusing on how to stimulate
innovation with open data. She was previously a member of the advisory panel
to the UK Cabinet Office, the Open Data User Group.
