Biography: Karolis Granickas is an Independent Consultant and Policy Expert on open government, interested in change brought by data & technology.  He is currently working with Open Contracting Partnership, Open Government Partnership, Open Data Institute and others on information & people engagement efforts. Previously Karolis worked with Transparency International and was ePSI Platform correspondent since 2011. Karolis has earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Law from the University of Westminster (UK) and Master’s degree in European Union Law from the University of Maastricht (the Netherlands).
