Title proposal: SNCF (french railways and public transport operator): open data, as a tool for accountability and change.

Biography: Guillaume Leborgne has been working on the opening and the release of SNCF (French Railways) data since 2014 in a will of transparency. Over the past two years, he has increased the number of SNCF’s open datasets from 18 to 82. This Sciences-po Lille and Celsa graduate had previously spent a major part of his career as a journalist. Namely, as Ville Rail et Transport’s (Newspapers) chief editor, he is at the very root of the Palmarès des Régions (Regional Rankings), which compares the French Regions’ railway data on an annual basis.
