Biography: He studied communications (BA) and social anthropology (MSc) at Iberoamerican University in Mexico City. He is the founder of CartoCrítica, a Mexican nonprofit organization that seeks to promote transparency and access to public information as well as critical analysis through geospatial technologies for the protection of natural territories and cultural spaces.
