Biography: Maryati Abdullah is National Coordinator of Publish What You Pay (PWYP) Indonesia. She has experiences on freedom of information, open budget, extractive industries and natural resources transparency, as well as in democracy and good governance issues. His academic backgrounds were chemistry and economic development and globalisations. Before joined PWYP, she was worked for Pattiro and Parliament Watch. She was actively engaged with communities, government and private sector in the multistakeholder working group initiatives, included OGP (Open Government Partnership) and EITI (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI). Maryati was roles as civil society representative on EITI Indonesia and also to be elected as steering committee member of OGP in the global level.
