Apologist of Open Data, Open Source, Linux, Python, Mozilla and P2P technologies.Graduate of Lviv Physics and Mathematics Lyceum and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Master degree in Informatics at Applied Mathematics faculy, where took part in development of Forth compiler and processor with MISC architecture.Software Architect of Open Procurement software, core part of ProZorro, electronic public procurement system of Ukraine.
