Biography: Norbert Hohn holds a degree in Business Management and Economics. He worked in the domain of trans-European intraregional cooperation, capacity building and the implementation of the European Higher Education Area before joining the European Commission in 2006. In the Commission, he dealt with a variety of issues in the production, identification and dissemination of publications. Since 2013 he is Head of the European Union Open Data Portal section at the Publications Office of the European Union.
