Title proposal: How data is helping Dublin solve its challenges.

Biography: Zaira has worked in different areas of local government for the past 10 years including smart cities, international relations, innovation and communications. As Smart Dublin Coordinator she works across the four local authorities in the Dublin Region, to co-ordinate and manage smart city projects.   She has qualifications in media and communication, sustainable development and marketing and she is particularly interested in how the use of data and technology can make cities more sustainable.
