Biography: Penhleak Chan is an open data advocate and practitioner. She worked with Open Development Cambodia, a platform that independently aggregates open data and creates information resources to inform the public and promote fact-based open dialogues on development trends in Cambodia. She is currently supporting Open Development Initiative, a regional open data scale-up to provide relevant, timely, and actionable information on development trends in the Mekong Region.
