Title proposal: The UK EU Referendum: how civic tech informed voters.

Biography: Dr Rebecca Rumbul is Head of Research for civic tech NGO mySociety, a role focused on understanding the real world implications and impacts of civic technology for citizens, governments and the wider transparency and open governance community. Rebecca holds a PhD in Politics and Governance, and has authored several peer-reviewed publications on politics and civic technology. Rebecca teaches politics part-time for Cardiff University, and is a fellow of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust and the Royal Society of Arts.
