Biography: Seember is CEO at the Public and Private Development Centre (PPDC) in Nigeria, an organization that mobilizes people to monitor and report on public procurement processes. Through her organization, she successfully advocated for the adoption of the Open Contracting Data standards by the Nigerian Government; using a platform called Budeshi to demonstrate the utility of the standards.
