Biography: Silvia Cobo Serrano is an official scholarly researcher and received her PhD in 2015 from the School of Information Sciences at the Complutense University (Spain). Her research interests are focused on project management education, library planning and information centre management. She is a member of Publidoc-UCM research group and has participated in different projects related to the reuse of public sector information.
