Biography: Yohanna Loucheur joined the Canadian federal government in 1997. She has worked on various files including the knowledge-based economy and society, innovative financing for development, aid effectiveness policies, fiduciary risk management and public financial management. She has been involved in open data work, with prime responsibility for coordinating Global Affairs Canada’s activities related to aid transparency and IATI, since 2008. 

Yohanna Loucheur holds a BA and MA in Political Science (international relations) from the Université du Québec à Montréal, as well as an MSc in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
