Title proposal: Moving towards open data maturity - how can you sustain impact from open data portals?

Biography: Dawn joined the ODI in August 2014 and works in the Services international development team, where she manages and coordinates projects, and delivers advisory and research work to clients.

She has contributed to several reports including, ‘Open data in government: how to bring about change’ which explores the process of change management in government, and has provided guidance on recommended practice in open data policy.

Dawn graduated with an MA in Public Policy from King’s College London, specialising in the study of health, education and evidence based policy.
