Title proposal: Making open contracting data actionable: what do users really need?

Biography: Born in a small Dutch village in the north of the country. Studied history and journalism. Started working as a journalist for Dutch dailies. Then jumped to international affairs at the Dutch ngo ICCO, where he worked as Lobby & Advocacy officer, Press Officer and Editor. Joined Hivos in 2015 as advocacy officer for the open society program. Experience on human rights and space for civil society. Likes to write and edit (and cook and play soccer). Speaks Dutch, English, a little Spanish and will understand German. Curious about new developments in journalism and advocacy.
