Title proposal: Train the trainers: sharing methodologies for teaching how to use open data.

Biography: Marco Túlio Pires is the programme manager at School of Data, overseeing the Global Fellowship and the the coordination of the international network of individuals, organisations and data-trainers. A Brazilian journalist and coder, Marco has worked as an investigative journalist in Globo TV, Brazil's biggest TV channel and also as a science news reporter at VEJA, the country's biggest weekly magazine. He studied Electrical Engineering and Journalism in Brazil, and Programming and Information Visualisation in the United States (University of Michigan). He also studied Leadership and Project Management in Georgetown University. Marco has also worked for the government of São Paulo (Brazil's busiest state) as a Technology & Transparency officer in the Social Development Office and he is a founding member of the Journalism++ chapter in São Paulo
