Title proposal: Measuring open data together.

Biography: Mor is the line manager of the Capacity team at Open Knowledge International and the International community coordinator. She was the community coordinator and research lead for the Global Open Data Index in 2014-2015. She was the lead researcher for open.innovation, research that looked at open data use and innovation, and participated in data4policy research group. She holds an MSc. in Social Science of the Internet from the Oxford Internet Institute. She is also a volunteer at Open Heroines and the Israeli civic tech organisation Hasadna.
