Title proposal: Learnings from Open Data Incubator for Europe (ODINE)

Biography: Walter is an economist by training and a former sysadminstrator and has been involved in the domain of netpolitics for many years. He is involved in the open data scene since 2010 and and was co-founder of a data startup. He is currently the OKF project lead of the EU project Open Data Incubator (ODINE) and advises companies on their open data strategy.
